Registration Requirements
K-6 Online students must provide a birth certificate and immunization records in order to enroll. Students can enroll online, by faxing birth certificates and immunization records and filling out the enrollment forms online, or please feel welcome to come in, meet our faculty and staff and enroll in our office. We'll be happy to talk to you about our program, the curriculum, and additional resources that are available to you.
The Mesa Public School's Distance Learning Program and Eagleridge Enrichment Program, for children being schooled at home, are provided free of charge to the general public. Because Arizona is an open enrollment state, these programs are also available to students from throughout the state.
