Enrollment is open to motivated 7-12 students who are willing to
work independently, set goals, and manage their own study
schedule. We recommend that new enrollees and their parents
become familiar with course offerings and general information
about our program. Please read about how students
can be successful in distance learning.

We are committed to helping you in the enrollment process.

Register in just 4 Easy Steps

  1. Complete the online registration application by clicking on the button below.
Our MDLP counselor is available to review transcripts and advise full-time MDLP students and their parents about course selection as it applies to graduation requirements. Part-time MDLP students should receive advisement from their home school counselor before registering for courses.

In order to expedite the registration process, full-time students should contact the student's former school and have transcripts and high school AIMS scores sent to us before applying to MDLP. Transcripts may be faxed to 480-472-0887. Transcripts are not required for part-time MDLP students.

MPS students: Students taking courses at a Mesa Public School will need to see a school counselor at their home school before registering with MDLP. The principal, counselor, or other designee will submit the online advisement/dual enrollment form.

  2. Read the Welcome letter
A letter welcoming the student to MDLP will pop up as soon as the completed registration form is submitted. Please read and print the letter for information about the next step(s) in the registration process.

  3. Notification by e-mail
After receiving the e-mail welcome letter, please call one of our registrars,
480-472-0878 (A-L) or 480-472-0882 (M-Z), to make arrangements to come in to the MDLP office and pick up materials, textbooks (if required) and an orientation packet.

  4. Material, textbook (if required), and orientation packet pick-up
Students and parents who live in the East Valley and Phoenix metro area, will pick up materials, pay fees or deposits, and receive the class schedule at our office located at 1025 N. Country Club Dr., Room 203, Mesa, AZ 85201.

Students will be assigned a user ID and password at this time. Parents will also receive their own user ID and password to access student information through a secure Parent page. Those who live outside of the East Valley and Phoenix area will receive an orientation packet, books, materials, and user ID and password by mail.

MDLP courses are offered year round. Part-time MDLP students wishing to take courses during the school year should see a counselor at their home school for advisement. Counselors need to complete the online advisement/dual enrollment form before students register for distance learning courses. Full-time MDLP students do not need to re-register and will continue taking courses throughout the year.
